HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINEE

We are offering a unique opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Trainee to join our team and embark on an exciting journey toward a rewarding HR career. The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources team to provide support across recruitment, workplace relations, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement and training.
You will play an integral role in our HR department and will receive comprehensive training, grow your HR skills, and become a valued member of our team. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to complete both the practical and theoretical aspects of HR.
The candidate will be required to complete a Certificate IV in Human Recourses.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
· Maintain accurate employee records with a strong focus on confidentiality.
· Collaborate with the HR team to support employees and complete administrative tasks.
· Develop proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite to assist with HR processes.
· Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our dynamic HR department.
· Promote team effectiveness and support performance management processes.
· Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the HR team.
· Assist with answering employee queries about HR-related issues.
· Assist in the coordination of company events such as training days and workplace events.
Qualifications:
· Confidence and a passion for starting a career in Human Resources.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to retain information.
· Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters.
· Ability to manage conflicting priorities within a fast paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
· A desire to grow and learn in a supportive and inclusive environment.
· Basic knowledge of HR principles is advantageous but not required.

Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
