We are seeking a Fulltime Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at Luff Motors. We have been a Toyota Dealer in Yass for over 40 years with plenty of future growth ahead.
In this position your days will be fast paced and filled with variety. You will utilize your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the service customers.
What your day would look like:
- Extensive customer service & support by face to face, phone & email
- General administration tasks for the service department
- Job processing, invoicing, and workflow management
- Customer follow ups
- Warranty claim processing
- Efficient time management skills
- Hertz Hire car administration.
- Strong liaison with the Service Management Team
- Filing & general housekeeping
Previous experience in a high-paced Service Administrator/Service Advisor/Administrative role within the Automotive Industry would be highly regarded
- Customer focused with a positive & can-do attitude
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong administrative skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pleasant phone manner
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems and processes
- A motivated self-starter who is disciplined, organised and willing to learn
- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia
